A little while ago we sent an email asking you and your networks to participate in a video by sending a supportive message to victims of domestic and family violence.
We farewell Tiffany Allen, Sam Knight and Lee-Anne Anderson who returned to their respective roles within Communities. We’d like to thank them for their energy, focus and passion.
This phase will include a return to the workplace for many community services sector employees currently working from home, as well as a large number of volunteers.

We understand some of our service providers and staff may need to travel due to work and we have been getting lots of questions around the process and documents required to obtain travel exemptions.
A draft evaluation of the trial initiative was shared amongst the Taskforce. It was discussed how learnings from this and other COVID responses can be used for future crisis responses, in step with the Government’s Emergency Accommodation Plan.
