World Homeless Day: 10 October 2022

World Homeless Day (WHD) raises awareness of issues related to homelessness, while providing opportunities for the community to get involved in responding to homelessness.

On Monday, 10 of October 2022 people around the world will mark WHD. It is a chance to educate people about homelessness issues, celebrate and support local good works, and to highlight local issues. Shelter WA encourages you to add your voice to the Everybody’s Home Campaign.

You may want to speak to your MP about homelessness issues in your area, host an event at work, or share messages online. The Council to Homeless Persons Victoria has shared social media tiles that you are welcome to download and share here: Download zip file.
