Since our establishment in 1997 as Great Southern Community Housing we’ve earned a respected reputation as a reliable provider of social housing, student accommodation, and housing for special needs – and now manage over 400 properties that provide safe and comfortable housing for hundreds of people within the community.
Every person has unique requirements so our dedicated team is proactive when matching a tenant to a property and support services. We take the time to get to know our tenants on a personal level and take care to ensure that their new home will be suitable and appropriate for their lifestyle and needs.
Advance Housing is registered as a Tier 2 Provider for the Great Southern region of WA. Funding support is provided by the Mental Health Commission for a supportive landlord service for people with persistent and enduring mental health issues.
Our aim is to continue to increase the choice of affordable housing options in the Great Southern region through collaborative partnerships, innovation, and growth strategies. This will be achieved through sound governance, effective management, and planned project development.
