This form is to be used by Shelter WA team members to request changes, including additions, to the Shelter WA website or other websites managed by the Marketing and Communications team.

Please note that a minimum of a week is required for updates to content on existing pages; or new content to be added on existing pages, updates to be made to broken links, or content to be deleted; and a minimum of two weeks is required for new pages unless otherwise agreed at the scoping meeting with Marketing and Comms team.
If there is more than one page needing a change please add any additional urls/links into your description of the change you are requesting.
Please be as clear in your description as possible so the request can be scoped thoroughly and correctly.
