Headlease Arrangement

Properties in the program are managed by Foundation Housing under a headlease, with the property owner offered a guaranteed income for 12 months with no property management fees or minor maintenance costs. During this time, the participant will receive intensive support from program partners St Patrick’s Community Support Centre and Ruah Community Services. The 20 Lives 20 Homes program is funded by the State Government through the Department of Communities.

Community Housing provider, Foundation Housing wants to hear from the owners of rental properties in Fremantle and surrounding areas for the 20 Lives 20 Homes Fremantle project.

One and two bedroom units are needed for the program which aims to house people in need from the area so they can be supported to stabilise their lives.
