Homelessness Week is Monday August 4 – Sunday August 10 2025 and this year our theme is Homelessness Prevention.
Congratulations on your decision to submit a Homelessness Week 2025 Grant Program application.
Up to $5,000 is available to eligible organisations to support initiatives that raise awareness and take action to prevent homelessness in your community.

To assist you with the preparation of your application, please use the template to draft your answers, and then you can copy and paste them into the online form.
All questions/fields need to be addressed. Your answers do not need to be lengthy. Where possible, a sentence or two will be adequate.
Please read the eligibility funding criteria carefully before completing the application form.
