Rental increases and evictions

With the rental increase and eviction moratorium ceasing at the end of March we have heard anecdotally that rents have increased dramatically and that eviction notices have been received without explanation. We want the Government to address this issue immediately and have presented immediate and long term solutions within our Unlock Housing Strategy.

If you have found yourself in a difficult situation, as a result of the ending of the rental moratorium please share your story with us below.

The Emergency Relief Decision Matrix provides a similar flow chart for those providing emergency relief in a volunteer role, with limited capacity to refer clients on to support services.
