Note our new address details

The Department is urging the sector to note new street and postal address details.

“The Family”

Regular visitors to the Department of Communities would be interested to know that the relocation includes the movement of ‘The Family’ – an iconic sculpture by celebrated West Australian artist Margaret Priest. Commissioned in 1975 it has already moved from East Perth and has been installed in front of the main entrance of the department’s new headquarters in Newman Court.
