McCusker Centre

Semester Two (August-November 2020) internships are now available

The McCusker Centre for Citizenship gives University of WA students the opportunity to make a difference in the community by offering 100-hour internships with not-for-profit, community and government organisations. Since the internship program began in early 2016, more than 1000 students have embarked on internships, contributing more than 100,000 hours in service to the community.

The Centre is now inviting organisations to contact the Internships Coordinator Sam Andrews if they wish to host one or more of our interns in Semester Two (August-November). Internships can be completed working-from-home or in the office if it suits the host organisation and is safe to do so. The Internships Team would be happy to discuss potential projects, flexible working arrangements and problem-solve any issues you may have.

Can you help?

If you have a project or body of work that would benefit from an intern in Semester Two, please email internships@mccuskercentre.uwa.edu.au or call (08) 6488 7553 before the 5 July deadline.
