For the purposes of this Congregate Living Plan, a congregate living facility includes, but is not limited to, facilities where people live on a short or long-term basis including for work purposes. The facility staff may provide personal care or health care, however people in acute or short-term health care facilities are excluded (outbreak responses in this setting are addressed in another setting-specific plan). It includes but is not limited to accommodation for:
