Partnership Policy Contract Audit
The Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy contract audit is now complete of all Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy contracts awarded since 2011. You can access the up-to-date data on all service agreements through Tenders WA.
The next face-to-face workshop, Tendering for Community Services, is being held in September. It has been specifically developed to assist not-for-profit service providers understand and engage in community services procurement processes.

Delivering Community Services in Partnership
Developed to enhance collaboration between the not-for-profit community services sector and government agencies, the DCSP Working Group consists of executive level (or higher) representatives from the public and not-for-profit sectors. The group meets quarterly and provides strategic oversight to DCSP procurement processes to ensure the intent of the Policy is applied during contract formation.
The co-chairs of the Working Group are:
- Lara Connor – General Manager, Community Services Procurement Policy, Department of Finance.
- John Bouffler – Executive Director, Community Employers WA.
