Number and type of affordable/social housing dwellings
62 inner-city dwellings comprising 44 hostel bedrooms, six two-bedroom and 11 one-bedroom apartments, alongside eight commercial tenancies, giving access to local services and amenities, including social enterprise café.
All have been retained by Foundation Housing and are tenanted as community housing (excluding commercial premises).

How it was delivered
The project was a joint venture between Foundation Housing and the Department of Housing. Foundation Housing provided the land and project management with DoH providing construction funding. Foundation Housing owns and manages the property.

How affordability is ensured long term
All units of accommodation within the site are operated as community housing as part of Foundation Housing’s broader community housing portfolio.
