Liz has worked for more than 30 years in WA and Ireland on social justice, community development, regional development, arts development, housing and homelessness.
Liz believes that we need effective partnerships if we’re going to make a difference and they should always include people of lived experience. Liz is an older woman with lived experience of housing stress and homelessness. Working in partnership, she has developed the learning performance plan for the housing and homelessness sector in Dublin. Liz also coordinated the rollout of an online learning information space and face to face training for the plan.
Liz believes that if we’re to deliver the best possible results to the people we serve then we need to create the opportunities to make sure all workers feel competent and confident. That’s why liz loves working with people to create workforce development plans that meet real needs.
