Jenné has over 20 years’ experience in Local Government as a Youth Worker where she worked closely with young people at risk of homelessness, those transitioning into independent living and young people experiencing homelessness, as well as their families.
A desire for a change of direction in career saw Jenné join Shelter WA in June 2019 in the role of Event Coordinator for Homelessness Week 2019. She was then offered her current position where she is able to utilise her highly developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to support the operations of the Shelter WA team and liaise successfully with stakeholders and the community.
Jenné has a Bachelor of Social Science in Youth Work as well as extensive training and experience in communication and project management.
