Mark Slattery

Mark was appointed as the Executive Manager Services at Ruah Community Services in 2019 for Housing and Homelessness, Family Domestic Violence and Mental Health and Wellness.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in both NFPs and Government positions that allows him to understand the different aspects of the community sector.  Mark is a strong advocate for people experiencing homelessness and wants to end homelessness.

Prior to this position, Mark was the Interim CEO at 360 Health + Community for 18 months in which he gained knowledge of working with Boards to achieve organisational strategic directions.

Between 2000 and 2017 Mark was the Director of Health Networks at the Department of Health developing Statewide Policy directions. This involved working in a collaborative way to ensure clinicians, allied health, policy and people with a lived experience could come together to agree on a way forward.
