Interchange delivers a broad range of services designed to enhance a person’s ability to live a good life, in their home and in the community. With a focus on individualised, one on one support and life-skills development we assist people to meet their everyday needs and achieve their goals. Our staff have experience supporting people of all levels of ability, and with complex needs such as medication, mobility and behaviours, as well as in linking people with mainstream services and service providers. We work with school-aged children and adults across the Greater Perth Metropolitan area, from Mandurah and Pinjarra in the Peel Region, to the rapidly expanding Northern Suburbs and inland to the Perth Hills. Through our links with Shelter WA Interchange is proactively looking for ways to support people with disabity to find, secure and thrive in a home of their own.
