Eye Contact Exhibition

Homelessness Week 2018 – ‘There’s always something you can do’

The Rotary Clubs of Perth and Heirisson have generously supported a meaningful tribute to Homelessness Week with photographer Phil England’s powerful all week exhibition, ‘Eye Contact’.

Eye Contact features a series of 20 larger than life portraits of some of Perth’s homeless people. The sheer size of the pieces gives homelessness a very real face and, by sharing small insights into each of his subject’s lives, photographer Phil England forces onlookers to confront the issues that this all too often faceless community regularly have to deal with.

Thoroughly thought provoking, the exhibition is free to attend and will be on display in the lobby of Tower 1 at Brookfield Place, to coincide with Homelessness Week 2018  and the Homeless Healthcare Soup Kitchen Fundraiser that's also being held at Brookfield Place.
